By working with me, you’ll find a home in the neighborhood where you want to live, one that fits your budget and meets your criteria for features, quality, and value. Once you’ve found the home that’s right for you, I will guide you through every step of the process. From making an offer and negotiating the terms of the sale to communicating with you, the lender, the lawyer, and the listing agent. Coordinating your potential inspection, repairs, appraisal, final water reading, etc, keeping track of all of the dates, doing due diligence, and making sure everything gets done on time for closing.
